My experience at the hotel was exceptional. The staff, especially Mehmet and Ali, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's location on Nizami Street was perfect, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even upgrading my room to a deluxe without any extra charges. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and top-notch staff.

We really enjoyed staying in this clean hotel. Units with comfy beds. There were central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television provided. The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, a posh public square was just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

The staff was very competent and attentive, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. And they helped us with everything. The location in a pedestrian area was unbeatable and magnificent and there were a shopping street and boutiques nearby.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was newly renovated with modern decor. The location was amazing, for example, a posh public square was not too far from the hotel. The staff members were proactive and efficient.

Also, location was perfect, within easy walking distance of a posh public square. My room included a minibar, satellite TV and climate control;)))

I stayed in this hotel and really loved how close it is to the city center. It's just a short stroll away from the pedestrian area and main attractions, which was very convenient. The staff were really friendly and provided excellent room service, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was extremely clean and had several amenities, including a terrace and in-room safe. Additionally, the dining area had a great buffet breakfast that was perfect for starting the day.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Great room, very large and well equipped. Sat-TV with far more than 1,000 channels. Very friendly and courteous staff. Top location, close to the centre of the culinary events.

Breakfast is nothing. International boring standard. You can give yourself a present. The hotel is partly a construction site, there is still being rebuilt/renovated, but does not disturb - status October 2017.

The hotel is not far from the city and the staff is very friendly. The cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast is sufficient, by the way the food in Baku is outstanding. The hotel is recommended.

Really had very very good stay for a vacation. Nice building and rooms with good views. Very central location, at a short distance from Room. Walking distance to a shopping street and boutiques across the street.

We decided to have dinner at a nearby restaurant that was within walking distance from our accommodation. The beds in our room were really comfy.

Breakfast was so OK, but a bit one-sided. Not much to choose from. Staff was very friendly and helpful !!!. Hotel and rooms clean, but with a good ear. . . Top location in the city centre.

Window opened to the elevator shaft. No real fresh air supply. Air conditioning was too cold despite 24°C set.
